          I think that a BG would be possible if the VIN and trim tags have not been removed or altered. I do not know of a judging organization that looks at the titles.

              Phillipsburg is in NW Kansas.

                  Says it was built in Leavenworth Kansas, maybe that's where the previous owner is housed!
