59 soft top bows

I am having a new top installed and we are trying to figure out if the height given (15 1/2 inches) to the second rear bow is measured from the deck lid up to that bow or from the rear bow (rests near deck lid) to the next bow.

Steve, Sorry this response is four days later but I was off line. The measurement is from the bottom bow to the second bow. The distance from the deck to the second bow is much less.
