55 Vette Dark Beige Color Code

Does anyone know what the color code for the Dark Beige interior on a 1955 Corvette is? I have looked in numerous books, the judging manual, and several online data bases, and I can't find any paint codes for this color. I see a Shoreline Beige, but I don't believe that it is the correct color.

My copy of the 1929-1958 Chevy Parts & Accessories Catalog calls out three paints used for 1955 model year that might be a 'hit':

(1) Shoreline Beige; Duco No. 25357602 or Dulux No. 647
(2) India Ivory; Duco No. 25358458 or Dulux No. 689
(3) Navajo Tan; Duco No. 28158457 or Dulux No. 700

Guess I'd see if those paint chips work for the color you're trying to match....

Thanks for the info Dick. The only beige that is shown is a shoreline beige, and that color is a lot lighter than the dark beige. The Corvette colors must not be included in the chip chart, because my car color, which is Pennacle Blue is not there.

Thanks a lot Roy. I called him and he said that the color was Autumn Bronze. The Ditzler paint code was DAL 21151. I think that that may also be the PPG code. I also want to thank everyone else that responded to my plea for help.
