Are you refering to the side felts? I haven't had any problem with these, but the rear channel liners are definately too fat. Someone recently suggested using some old vinyl top material instead of the material currently supplied.

Denny, I'm guessing you are referring to the felt on the rear channel. These felts are known in the past to be too thick. Suggest you get a piece of beige mohair material (like on the bottom of the convertable top that snugs up to the deck) and shape it into a "U" and 3M glue it into the channel. I've been told that the fuzzy half of Velco can also be used. I used the mohair, windows are fine. Regards,

actually i was referring to the fuzzies along the window glass sides but will check the channels. i know its the sides also as when i put the last stainless trim on , it squezes the fuzzies against the glass and makes the window even harder to roll up and down. i ve talked to others that had the same problem and they shaved off some of the felt and i did that ==it helped a little but its gettin down to where it shows and its ugly. i thought i just got some bad felts and there may be better out there. thanks. d
