Finished re-building my M-20 earlier this week with little to no issues other than the usual "learn as you go" blips.
I was fortunate in that the gearing was rust free and in excellent condition.
The exception though was the reverse gear and it's companion reverse idler gear that had the leading edges knocked off the teeth.
Definately not as bad as I had envisioned to be, just paying attention to detail, sequences and keeping things dirt free.
One definate advantage was my press. You can get by without one, but it sure made things a ton easier......well twenty tons easier that is
I purchased the video from Medatronics which was a big help especially regarding the sequencing and "tricks" to help in the disassembly/re-assembly processes.
Now I've got the real deal setting next to my milk crate so I can put the chassis through it's paces when I "Air Drive"
