    Re: C1 Ignition Lock

I have a '58 and am trying to insert the key lock back into the ignition switch. I know there is a plunger you need to push to get the lock out. How does it go back in? I've done it before, but that was many years ago. Also, does the lock have one or two holes where the paper clip is inserted. I have one lock with one hole and another with two. Thanks in advance!

One hole is correct. Put the key in the lock, set the lock into the switch, and turn clockwise, and it will go in.

Thanks, Mike! That was simple. It's in. I'll print your response to go with the instructions on how to remove it so next time I'll have both. What is the lock with the two holes applicable to?
