67/electrical problems?

I do not know if they are related but on the same drive I discovered that all beams are on and the red warning light is on all the time. It does "brighten" and get dimmer but is lit all the time and all 4 beams stay on all the time. Any where I should start?
The other was that the wipers don't work. When I turn them on I do not hear any "clicking" but I do get a clicking through the radio speakers. Any help on either would be a big help. Thanks Steve..

Have you checked out your dimmer switch to see if it functions properly?

Jim, all beams are on and the warning light is alwayson wheather I push the dimmer switch or not. When I do push the switch the light brightens, then when pushed again it stays on but gets dimmer. Is this just a bad switch or possible short somewhere? Thanks

More than likely a ground problem.
