I still have not actually raised the body off the SWC yet, as I have been laboring to design better lifting and support techniques. I also have not received my chain fall yet.
I did want to let you know that the "frame flex", to my surprise, was right on. I just lowered the car back down on the wheels to get ready to lift the body and I checked the rear mount gaps with the original shims left out.
The .575" gap has closed to about .040". And the other side which was .280" came down to about .200". I did take a pry bar all the way around the frame and pryed against the birdcage, and the body lifted real easy.
So I guess I'm ready to go. Thanks for your input.
