C2 1964 Engine Compartment Paint Is ?

What is the correct paint color and texture (flat semi) to use on C2, 1964, for the radiator support (not the shroud, but the main support) Also is it the same color and texture behind the girlle.
Would Noland Adams book cover these questions? Or is there another source where these type questions can be found without me posting minor questions?

While not totally comprehensive, the 63/64 NCRS Judging Guide sold here at the NCRS book store will offer some guidance. I recommend you by one. I refer to mine all the time.

The paint for the radiator support was semi-gloss black. A paint once available from GM under GM #1050104 was the paint actually used for many underhood and chassis parts. When it wasn't used, a very similar "shade" of paint was. Unfortunately, GM #1050104, which was only available in gallon cans, was discontinued several years ago. Nevertheless, there are many similar paints available on the restoration market. There's really no way to tell EXACTLY what shade was used on any particular chassis component, since GM and its suppliers didn't make any real attempt to "color match" chassis components and slightly different paints were used by different suppliers and changed over time.
