'58 VIN Plate

Before I put the VIN plate back on my '58, I would like to clean it. What process do you recommend? I don't want to use something too abrasive or too weak and have it look less than very nice appearing. Any info from the board will be greatly appreciated.

brasso , a cotton cloth , a 6 pak and an hour in front of the tube should do. mike

Yeah, and make sure your gig-line is straight when you're done

I never forgot to check my gig line. Had enough people yelling at me with all the other BS.
