'66 OEM Small Block Hood Fit to '64

Will a used '66 OEM small block hood fit a '64 without any modifications to the following: fender, nose and cowel fit, prop rod location, hinge arrangement and locking mechanisms? Thanks, Fred

Yes if the nose panels are at stock specs.

A popular modification is to put the 67 BB hood on earlier C2 corvette.
The 66 SB hood will fit but may need to be shimed diffrently than the 64. This is not do to the diffrent years but just that diffrent hoods may need more or less shims.

You did specify an OEM which I take as one that actually came on a 66 car. In that case the hood support could have to be modified to fit the 64. Most over the counter hoods had support provisions on both sides.
