    1968 Power window wiring

I received one of Don's wiring diagrams for my 1968 it is great but now I'm really confused. I ordered what I thought was the correct relay GM part number 7729602. That relay has terminals in the pattern of one by itself (A) then the other two in a T shape (B) & (F) pattern. Dons diagram shows one above the other two. If the relay that I have is OK which terminal do I attach the wire from the circuit breaker to (A) (B) or (F)? Also which is right relay? Don's diagram shows a circuit breaker which I was not aware that I needed. Where is the circuit breaker mounted?

I guess the most confusing problem I have is I attach the hot wire to Terminal A (on the relay that I have) and then attach a probe to either of the other two terminals shows no power running to them. I though that the relay would have current going in one terminal and out another.

Dons diagram shows a 14 brown wire going to a radio capacitor. Is that just ended there and were is it mounted?

    Re: 1968 Power window wiring

    Jay,

I don't have any 68 wiring pictures but I do have a 1968 power window relay that I took off my 68 vette years ago. I will try to find it and let you know how it works. I would think that 12V power goes to the single terminal and when the relay is grounded the circuit between the other two terminals is complete.
