Package tray insert installation?

I've recieved the new aluminum insert. I don't think I can get this together without bending it. Any recommendations on who will do this and let me supply the parts?

Larry, I believe C/C offers this service...

As I recall, its listed in their catalog. I have heard good reports from some of those who have used this method. Best, Dennis

We connect again. I had my insert done by CC. I sent the whole unit as removed from my '58. They replaced the insert, polished the stainless and it came back new. Even with new bolts and washers. I don't know if they will take the new insert. Maybe, if you ordered it from them. I decided not to tackle buying the parts and doing the job myself. After reading posts on this board on the difficulty, I decided to bit the bullet $$$ and let the experts do it. It was very reasonable.

Thats what I wanted to know. I got it from CC so I'll just send it back and let them do the install.
