    1962 Wheel Nut Torque

    What is the recommended Torque for the Wheel Nuts on a 1962. I have set them presently at 70 ft Lbs.

    ST-12 refers to the 1961 passenger car manual. That manual on page 3-20 indicates 45-65 lbs.

      Thanks for your info. With your direction I located it in my 1961 Service Manual. I was looking in the Rear under "16-Specifications".
