Delco Remy brand caps. Original cars are known to have DELCO REMY and PATENT PENDING or PATENT PENDING R or PAT. PENDING 2769047.on the top of the cap. Where can I get one that will be correct for my 1972 LT-1? The one that I have now has DELCO REMY R and PATENT 2769047 on the top so it must be for maybe 73 OR later?

Terry McManmon has told me that the cap that I have with Patent 2769047 started to be used some time in 1973. I need to find one that has DELCO REMY R PAT PENDING or PENDING 2769047. Not PATENT 2769047! If anyone out there knows hwere I can get a correct cap please email me. Thank you
