    C3 quartx clock points deduction

My 1976 was purchased by me with a quartz movement already installed in the clock by the previous owner. How much of a points deduction will this quartz movement create when I have the car judged? Thanks for the help!

It's not listed under standard deductions. I would think that a 25% deduct under operations would be appropriate. Comments

Jim I have a note in my TI&JG that I wrote that says the deduction is 100% on operations now. You need to call the team leader to see if I am up to date on this as I seldom do ops. On the line with the clock on the judging sheets is the odometer and reset both. The value is 25 points for the line but I will not guess what a judge might do. I allways try for 100% on ops. as it gets you off to a good start and down the road you may need the points in the end. Lyle
