'67 RALLY WHEEL LETTER CODE

I'm going to the POMONA swap meet tomorrow to look for an extra rally rim for the spare on my '67. Can someone give me a quick refresher on what code to look for on the rim to make it correct for my car, which has a build date of January, '67?

DC OR DG Large letters and the date is inside the rim.

Wayne, are there any other small letters and/or numbers(in addition to the DC or DG) on the outside of the wheel in the valve stem area?

Have original DG wheels with my car, but no date that I can find on the inside. Do ALL DG rallys have a date code or just some? Thanks Chris

I am not going to say all, but most have. Very small characters.

Chris - I'd expect to find manufacturing date coding in the inside (center) of the rim on most wheels; but as Wayne said you won't find it on all of them. The manufacturing date code and other stampings by the manufacturer are generally in the same vicinity inside the rim. Pete
