I need to change the hoses on my 70 Coupe. I've looked at numerous sites and am not sure where to purchase the most correct hoses and clamps. Any suggestions? I may never attempt to get my car certified but want the correct radiator and heater hoses. How about the clamps?
Also, can anyone tell me the correct color for the non p/s master cylinder, mine is clean but a little surface rust has appeared.

The correct color for the master cylinder is semi-gloss black. For clamps, I would try Dr. Rebuild. I purchased my upper and lower hoses from a GM dealer but Doc could probably provide one stop shopping for the hoses as well.
I just bought the correct radiator hoses for my 78 from Quanta Products, (www.quantaproducts.com), and they are the correct codes down to the build Qtr for your car. They were very helpful over the phone, (800-235-8788), and very knowledgeable. they shipped within a few days and are very high quality as well.

Also has the correct date coded tower style and corbin clamps.
I did my 68 to factory specs and obtained all the hoses and clamps from him.
