    1968 Power windows

Need a little help again. I finally broke down and purchased a new wiring harness from Lectric Limited. Of course the offer no instructions. My question is? Is there an easy way to run the wires through the door frame without taking off the door?

Taking off the door sounds like a lot of hard work plus getting them aligned again.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks Jay

Jay, Don't take the doors off. I rewired my power windows motors with a new harness and never took the doors off. I did have a lot of the intreior apart, as I was doing a total redo of the interior at the time. You will have to take the wire loam tubes off and thread the wire through them. Don't for get to do that, other wise you will have to redo it. The hard part will be threading them through the dask. Check out the AIM manual. The center council will have to be removed as that is where the relay is, and of course, thre the firewall to the breaker and the hot connection - mine is the horn relay - not sure where on a 68. Good luck
