Can anyone help me identify a pair of Big Block cylinder heads, both with casting numbers of 3917215. Cast on both of them is PASS. The right side has GM3T along with E 10 7 which would be May 10, 1967. The left side has GM4T along with E 3 7 which would be May 3, 1967. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Bob, I never thought to look at 1968 as I thought the May 67 date on the heads was a bit early for a 68 car. Is it possible they could have been used on a 67 BB Camaro or Chevelle?Comment

Try www.Mortec.com and look under BB heads. Bob is correct but Mortec also shows the heads were oval port,closed chamber, years 67-68. Your dates eleminate the 68 as Bob said. Also used on 396-427 engines.
Check out the sight. If you have the heads off measure your bore. 4.250 is a 427. Also a good time to take some pictures for future refs.
