What is the "lot' number on the frame, and did it change during production? were they all "21". What is the best way to determine the date on your frame? Thanks for any responses: David
Tripoli's book indicates for 65 model year, AOSMith lot numbers ranged from -20 to -29. Previous posts seem to show that 2 weeks to 2 months is the "average" time from frame manufacture to car build date. A thorough search of the archives might yield actual examples of dates related to VIN's.
