    C2 CORRECT GAS CAP GASGET

    Who carries the gas cap gasket of the correct material for '67, which I understand is a thick paper-like material?

      Hopefully it is Long Island Corvette. I just purchased one from them I have not yet had judged; however, it looks correct to me.

          Thanks, I have one from a long time ago from LIC, which is rubber, hopefully they now carry one of the correct material...

                  You'll find the gasket listed in several catalogs including Dr. Rebuild, Paragon, and others. Yes, the original gasket was a from of fiber vs. rubber and tan/brown in color. It's easy to pop one onto your gas cap!
