No such animal as 1050081, or it's long-since discontinued. Your Chevy dealer has GM Diff Lube #1052271 and GM Posi additive #1052358.

Is this stuff worth something? I have 2qts (in metal cans, unopened) that has been stuck away since the Civil War. Darn near forgot that it was there (been savin' it for retirement!).

i have found that amsoil posi rear gear

oil is better than any GM sold as back in the 60s and 70s amsoil was the only rear gear oil that would allow the corvette rear gears and posi to last for racing. i have a silverado with posi that i put amsoil in over 100,000 ago and the posi still works perfect. JMHO
