Fan Belt Part number assistance needed

I have an old style cut belt with GM part number 9433738, Group 1.066. I've been through my Corvette parts book and find several close numbers but not this one. The sleeve has a 1981 computer tag taped to it. Can anyone identify the application of this belt. ??? Thanks in advance.

Dave - The belt looks to be 7/16" - 43 1/4" and has Corvette applications somewhere from 1953 -1966 but no specifics in the March '83 Corvette P&I Catalog. Specific Corvette applications include:

Power Steering Pump -

'68 427 H/Per. (w/C.A.C)

'69 350 H/Per.
'69 427 H/Per.
'69 427 Sp. H/Per.

'70 w/Sp.H/Per. (350), (454)

'71-'72 350, 454 (exc. C.A.C.)

Don't see any applications after '72. Pete

Dave,

Show that P/N in my 1976 Corvette parts catalogue. It is a 15/32 inch by 43 1/4 inch belt for the Power Steering Pump and applicable to 1968 - 72 according to the catalogue.

Thanks for the info. The 68/72 PS application sounds right as it came in a box of parts when I bought my 70 LT-1 w/ PS.
