Hi everyone.I have a 1962 corvette that I did a major restoration on.Some new body panels were put on and the car was painted. The problem i'm having is that some of the holes are covered by paint and in areas where the rocker panels and the 2 side cross flags are, there are no holes in the panels.First of all, what is the best way to drill the holes without messing up the paint? And how and where do I locate in a book or ? how to measure to mark and drill the holes that are not there.I want to do it right with no mistakes.
Thanks for any help.......John
