I need a replacement screw for my starter. The screw I am missing is one of the four countersunk phillips screws that hold the electrical innards to the casing. Thanks for your help.

You can order the screws from your GM dealer under GM # 1968396. They list for about $1.50 each but, unless they otherwise stock them (VERY unlikely), you'll have to buy the whole package of 5. Otherwise, as previously suggested, just get one from another starter. These things are not rare, at all. Keep in mind, though, that pre-1969 starters use SLOTTED head field shoe retainer screws. From about 1969 onward the PHILLIPS HEAD screws were used.In Appreciation of John HinckleyComment

Don't ya just love the way GM sells things in quantitys that don't match the original amount required? A package of five and starters require only four. A comedian once related to that very subject, something about hot dogs coming in packages of 10 and buns coming in packages of 8. Ya gotta buy a lotta hot dogs to make that come out even!
If I remember correctly, rocker arm nuts came in packages of five. Had to buy 20 to get a set of 16.
