GM #3906656 is a 7-3/16" OD, 2 groove pulley originally used for 1967 Corvettes with 427 and without A/C. It also became the SERVICE pulley for 1965 and 1966 Corvettes with 427 and without A/C after the original pulley for those applications, GM #3864480, was discontinued.
