2 part question about C4

I bought a 92 with 2 problems. One - the service light is on for the sport suspension. If this is common, what might it be?
Two - It has a salvage title from South Carolina (not rebuilt salvage) I need to title it in Georgia. Tag office won't do it. Any suggestions. It was wrecked but was fiberglass only and was repaired but Ins. had totalled it.

I would say first inspect all wiring to the suspension. If it was totalled, it wasn't just cosmetic. You're looking for broken or missing wires, also check all connections for bent or broken terminals. Keep in mind, the impact itself could have jarred a sensor into failing. You should be able to scan the system to find the problem if the visual inspection doesn't show anything.
