C2: Power Steering Check Valve Replcment

At some point in my car's life (66 L36 Coupe), someone had the pwr brake booster rebuilt and used a light blue plastic check valve. I have rounded up a correct replacement (bulls eye, opaque yellowish) check valve that I'd like to install.

How do I go about intsalling correctly? Tips? Tricks?

Just pull it out of the grommet in the booster (carefully), pull it out of the vacuum hose, and install the replacement.
