I have a 1959 F.I 290hp, that I started to restore many years ago. but for one reason or another, I have had to delay the assembly. The vehicle ran when I started, and now is pretty much stripped down. the engine is completely remanufactured, balanced and blueprinted, with F.I unit and air cleaner(not original). I have all the parts to totally redue the entire undercarraige less rebuild kits for rear end and trans, including complete new brakes, susepnsion and steering, ignition shielding , wheels and wheel covers, and most of the interior. It has both tops. There are many thousands of dollars in parts, including extra rear ends, and 2 F.I. distributors, including a dual point unit. the vehicle was not origianlly a F.I car, but the engine block and F.I. numbers are compatible to the vin number. I planned to keep the car until I had the time to complete, but someone drove buy and offered $15K for it. I have no way of eva evaluating if this is a fair price or not. I am seeking the help of other members. Thanks to all Mike
