63-67 testing wiper motors

Can anyone tell me how to bench test a 63-67 Corvette wiper motor? I would like to test it before installing. There are three connections, which gets power and which are grounded? Do I need the switch to test it? Thanks Dick

Observe the color code on the wiring diagram and determine which color does what, or goes to what power source. Then look at the plug that is connected to the wiper motor for the color of wire going to which contact. Make some notes and then connect your power sources to the appropriate motor terminals using clip leads.

You'll find pretty good detail regarding bench testing a WSW wiper motor in your copy of the '63 Corvette shop manual....
