With the warm weather today, I decided to get my '60 out of the garage and go for a spin. Guess what, Y2K Bug got me as I fouled at least 1 plug on the first start of the new year. Par for the course I guess. Guess my next task will be a plug change on "THE PLUG EATER". Funny, it made 7000+ miles this summer to Oregon and back on a single set of plugs. Guess I will try Champions or another brand. Anyone else had experience with "Autolites" I have always heard they were actually the best. Your thoughts???????? P.S. Its judging days are probably over as it has everything except a "BOWTIE Award". So long shielding.

Re: Y2K Bug
Mornin' Jim,
I have used Autolite #75 in my 1966 350 hp coupe for 30+ years. This is a non-resistor, extended tip plug that is one heat range hotter than an AC-44. I think it's a very good plug. You might take a look at the plug wire that services the fouled cylinder, could be you are not getting the spark to the plug. Good luck, Bill- Top
