67 Carb LIST 3811 date code

My 67 coupe was built the last week of March. What is the earliest date the carb can be stamped and still be NCRS acceptable without loosing any points?

Carb was installed on the engine in St. Louis on the power train feeder line (engine was built and run-in at the engine factory without the carb using propane vs. gasoline), therefore the STANDARD date definition of NCRS applies with permissible date leading the car's final assy date (based on VIN) of 0-6 months.
