66 coupe window channel installation

I'm re-doing the doors on my 66 coupe and am in the process of re-installing my window tracks. I have found this to be quite tricky. I used the back tracks that I got from Long Island Corvette. My question is; Who makes the best window track for this application and are there any tricks to installing it? I've ruined one track already and don't want to have to go through this again. John, David sent me the article in Oct. 2003 when I when working on my doors. He seen my post about having a problem and sent me the article asking for some feedback also. It is excellent and step by step for someone like me who was atempting it the first time. Helps cover what the AIM does not. Mike
