I have sleeved calipers and non power master cyclinder. Can not get pressure with out pumping brakes. Have gravity and vacumn bled the brakes. Any suggestions. Help. System worked before sleeving except for leaks. Have bled other brakes and this car before without this problem. Im on my 7th try. All parts are original to the car except the sleeving.

Re: 1965 BRAKES
When you get done doing what these two gentlemen suggested, try using a pressure bleeder on your brake system. I have used "pump the pedal", "gravity bleed" and "vacuum bleed". But, the only consistently successful process I have used is the "Pressure bleed" on the Corvette four piston calipers. The other three methods work fine on either drum or single piston caliper brakes. They just don't seem to work well on the Corvette.- Top

Re: 1965 BRAKES
To some extent, you might have some improvement in results if you raise the end you are bleeding up in the air as high as you can get it. It worked for me. Good luck, Terry- Top
