C-2 Poor B-Pillar cover fit up

I just re-installed the rocker panel cover, the A-pillar conver and hung the door. I have the new quarter tapped and clamped for reference. I am installing a repro B-pillar cover however the fit is poor it takes some preload to get all points lined up. By all points I mean the edge of the quarter panel, the door latch holes, the bottom where it meets the rocker panel and lastly the metal tab at the top of the B-pillar where it rivets to. I can get everything lined up pretty good except I have about a 1/2" gap between the panel and that metal tab now. Anyone have any suggestions?
