'69 emission sticker

Hello folks first time poster here, hope someone may be able to help me out.
Is there any way to tell the difference between an original emissons sticker and a repro?
If so could someone point me in the right direction to find out or would someone be willing to have a look at a picture of mine and tell me if it's repro or real?

The original 1969 emissions stickers were of plastic material and had a matte finish. All of the reproductions that I have seen are either paper or are plastic but have a glossy finish.

Thank's Joe, mine appears to be plastic, which has shrunk around a 116 the whole way around and has a mattesatin finish.

It sounds original to me, including your description of the "shrinking".
