    The fiberlass heat shield is off the sidepipe cover. What is the best glue to use for the high heat.

    I don't know myself, but you might ask Richard Fortier, owner of Paragon - they are the only GM-licensed sidepipe cover repro manufacturers.

      AL, STOP BY THE LOCAL LUMBER YARD AND PICK UP A TUBE CONSTRUCTION ADHESIVE . I USED THE LIQUID-NAILS BRAND OVER A YEAR AGO ON MY SIDEPIPES WITH OUT A PROBLEM.

        Conventional 2-part expoxy ought to withstand this application nicely.
