C1 Fuel Flex Line

What are the correct fittings and markings (if any) on the 3/8" fuel flex line that connects the steel line to the fuel pump on a 1957 FI car? Does anyone know of a source for a correct line? Thanks, Wayne.

got mine from paragon bout 20 years ago. susppect they still have em although i don't think they actually do the bending and flaring any longer. think that dick sold that part of paragon 5 or so years ago. mike

I believe this hose was originally made by Weatherhead/Dana. There were several articles about it in the Corvette Restorer about 5 years ago I think.

I don't remember how the original hoses were marked.

A few years ago GM still sold the '58 - '62 hose (which would fit a '57 FI) under part #3735951. I think it's been dropped by GM now. The last one I bought was in 2002.

Weatherhead/Dana might still sell this hose through distributors such as NAPA stores. You'd probably have to supply them a Weatherhead/Dana part number yourself. I doubt the store computers will contain any part listing for a 1957 - 62 Corvette.

Look in e-bay many 50's Buick's used the same line . That's where I got mine
