      Would a ground wire help?

Maybe a short lead to a water pipe? I could hear this crackle everyonce in a while but never got a shock...yet. Thanks for the tips. Pat

        sparkie not me

but a buddy when over seas with the army had some local babe out in a little motor boat on the river. he had his finger in some warm wet spot and when he reached around behind himself with the other hand to shut off the outboard motor he grabbed the exposed spark plug. i guess she landed in the river cussing him out in her home language.

                Tim

The siphon feeds depend on gravity to move the media to the botton of the cabinet where the siphon opening is. Some of the small cabinets are poorly designed and do not have sufficient slope to the bottom, resulting in the siphon being starved. I had one from Haror Freight that fits that description. It was better suited for duty as a trot line weight.
