Mine just has a single reference base (not two that are pependucalar), The scale is graduated in one degree increments, and I can easily interpolate to 1/4 degree.
It's a Craftsman Inclinometer, 3896, "Precision Angle Measurement Instrument".
I bought it about 20 years ago, so I don't know if it's still available.
If you can find an inclinometer with one degree graduations, it will work well for alignment tasks. The one you referenced from the Sears Web site is only graduated in five degree increments, but it might have a vernier scale to increase the precision. It wasn't clear from the photo.
