There is a penetrating oil(actually spray) named "Maltby Premium Rust Dissolving Penetrant", that we sold in our parts store for years. It works better than "P.B.Blaster","K&W knocker loose", "Wd 40" It has something they call "R-90" and it really works. If you can still find it you will be happy with it. Anyone else know about this? It was made in Calif. I heard they moved to Nevada be cause of Ca. state laws. The can I have says" Maltby International Chemical. Sun Valley, Calif. 91352. and the part number is 616-15A hope this helps. Dale

There's a Maltby International Chemical located in Carlsbad, CA that shows up if you do a Google search with their address and phone #.

you might try GM Heat valve penetrent. I use the stuff for everything and it really works. I've had a can for a long time but I think your dealer should still carry it.
