You're a little off on a few of the numbers due to the common difficulty of distinguishing certain characters on casting numbers. However, what you have is a Saginaw 3 speed which was originally used for a 1965 Corvette application. While some of the parts are common to other 1965 applications, the extension housing cast GM #3855710 is unique to 1965 Corvettes.
Now, all you need to do is to find someone with an original 1965 Corvette with 3 speed that needs one. The problem here is that such cars have mostly "grown up" and become something else. A base engine 1965 Corvette with 3 speed (3 speed was only available with the base engine for 1965), even if one has documentation for such a car, is not a highly "desirable" sort of thing. So, folks might be tempted to eschew the documemtation and create a more "desirable" car albeit without documentation. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
