Re: quadrajets
(1) Swap meets (IF you know what you're looking for) to find a reasonably priced 'core' you can send out for restoration.
(2) NCRS' bi-monthly inter-member parts/services magazine, Driveline.
(3) Ebay, but with some reservation about what you're getting....
(4) If you want to crack the wallet open further, there are professional carb restoration houses (Bob Kuntz is one who advertizes frequently in Hemmings) with EXCELLENT reputations who'll sell you a turn-key, ready to bolt on, restored carb, but expect to pay top dollar since you're getting a full turn-key service.
(5) Go to your local NCRS Chapter's monthly/quarterly meeting and voice your need....you'd be surprised at what your fellow, brother, members have 'squirreled' away to help one another!- Top
