MSO, 1973, What is here

What are the words or 'what ever' that are in the upper right portion of the MSO? See the attached picture of my 1973 Corvette's MSO. The local Chevrolet dealer said the MSO was changed to a CO, certificates of origin, many years ago with an accompaning format change, ie, he was of no help. This MSO is for my 1973 Corvette, but I understand the MSO's were the same regardless of the vehicle type.

Roger, I enlarged it 800% and still could not determine what it said. Maybe someone with better photo editing skills can read it. I worked with it for about 30 minutes.

I was hoping someone might have an old MSO to read or someone was familiar with what was on a MSO.
I tried several computer photo type programs and never could make it clear. The lady at the Tennessee DMV could not read it when she copied it from the microfiche.

I have several CO/MSO's but none have the blocks that yours has. Then again mine are a few years newer

I have a number of 1969 Corvette MSOs and none of them have anything in that area. I also have some later ones and they don't either. Beats me. GL

Are the numbers, 09298, that are to the right of the lower box on your MSO's?
I am trying to figure out what the numbers stand for.

My earlier MSOs don't have anything like that on them. I doesn't look like the dealer code, a quick search shows a different code for that dealer and they might still be in business. Wish I could help you with this but I just don't know. GL

There is a picture of another MSO, 1975 model year, in the Fact Book of 1973-1977 Stingrays by MF Dobbins on page 167. This MSO also shows these lines and has a number to the right of the bottom line.
