    C1 front suspension challenge

I am rebuilding the front suspension on my 58' and I don't know where the rubber bushings "o-rings" are to be placed and where they aren't supposed to be placed. Do both the top and bottom a-arms have them and if so/not do they go on the front or back sides where the a-arms mount. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

My recollection is that the o-ring seal goes both inboard and outboard.

Wayne is correct...and get good ones that are molded, the ones that are made from cut rubber tubing (thats what they look like) will tear before you can get them installed.

So the o-rings go between the inboard and outboard bushings of both front and back of both upper and lower arms for a total of 32 o-rings needed???

            Justin...

            My count is there are (8) eight shafts X 2 = 16

A point of caution; the upper tower pivot shafts take some real doing if your plan to take them apart....
