    In order to have a car judged at a national you must first have a regional meet?

      Nope - having it judged at the Chapter level also meets the pre-requisite for Judging at a National. Suggest you order the "Corvette Judging Reference Manual" (a/k/a the "White Book") from the NCRS Store, which explains all NCRS judging programs and requirements in great detail.

              It may not be required but a regional or two sure helps. You learn something ever time.
