here in PA it was 6 this morning and it now is 31 in the sun BUT 6"to 10" of snow by tomorrow. glad i am retired and do not have to go out except to have fun in the driveway with the snow blower. i just checked the liquor supply and we can hold out for a while.

Sounds like you'll be able to hold out for a while. Same here. We try to get all the shopping done on nice days. No one goes out when the temp's below 55.

Last year, when a possible freeze was on the way, people were out buying battery chargers and jumper cables, heat tapes for the plumbing and enough food to last for week. Was funny. I thought they were going to close all the schools. If they only knew what real winter was like in the frozen north!

Beautiful in Old Town today

It got warm enough many were shedding clothes down to t-shirts and shorts.

I went in one porta-potty, and only one, where someone had stripped out and left them there.
