Seat Belt Question

I just found a seatbelt in my shelf stock and the GM fabric label states the following: Bay Trim Model # 5912 and the numbers "2A69".
Belt is black. What is the correct application for this lap belt?

As far as Corvettes go, the Bay Trim-manufactured seat belts were, as far as I know, unique to 1968 models. However, the model number that you mention was not a Corvette belt model number. My guess would be that this is a belt for some other GM model during the 69 period as further evidenced by the date code of "2A69".
