my 69 corvette built date is E17 ...... wich month is "E"

According to the NCRS pock guide E is January 1969.

Frank, also, the E17 does not represent the build date. It represents, as I recall, the day the tag was put on the car, not when it reached the end of assembly.

my vin number is 11003 and built date is E17
does it sounds possible that the 11003 car was made in december ?

should all date appearing on parts should be 68 or 69 ?
(EX: rear lignts, flashers, side lights, front lights ect ...)

Last car built NOv 68 was 9159. Last car built Dec 68 was 11742.

Dates on parts are variable, for instance, many of the exterior light lenses were also used in 1968, so those lenses will all be 68, but certain lenses were new for 69 like the tail lights with the backup lights so they will be 69. The trans will be for a 69 "model year" so for muncie the date code will start with P9 even though it was assembled in 1968. Consider buying the NCRS judging guide as the third revision is really good at detailing these things. Another good book is the 1969 Guidebook by Bizzoco.
